What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the AE team by coaching, mentoring, and developing a group of high-performing Account Executives who sell to carriers and MGAs across the U.S.
- Own the revenue number and drive new business bookings to achieve quarterly and annual ARR targets.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance analyses to ensure deals move from “maybe” to “closed-won.”
- Step in for late-stage negotiations, executive relationships, and high-value opportunities when needed.
- Design and refine sales playbooks, outbound strategy, demo processes, and deal qualification frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, handoffs, and expansion strategies.
- Recruit, ramp, and enable new Account Executives to succeed faster.
- Present performance metrics and market feedback directly to leadership.
- Represent Pibit.ai at key events like ITC Vegas, WSIA, and InsurTech NY.
You Have
- 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years managing AEs.
- Proven record of exceeding multi-million ARR targets in mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience selling into U.S. or global markets.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in high-velocity, evolving startup environments.
