Role Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Lead to take ownership of core financial operations and coordinate with external partners for accounting, compliance, and legal.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
You’ll ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and process discipline across both India and U.S. entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal finance ops: vendor payments, reimbursements, payroll, and documentation.
• Prepare MIS, cash flow reports, budgets, and monthly insights.
• Ensure expense verification, reimbursement tracking, and financial discipline.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, and CS partners for compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC, RBI, income tax, audits, etc.).
• Liaise with U.S. tax advisors for filings and compliance.
• Support investor reporting, due diligence, and audits.
• Oversee legal and compliance processes with consultants.
• Monitor budgets and lead cost optimization initiatives.
• Introduce process automation and financial tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• CA or equivalent qualification, with 2–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong foundation in finance, MIS reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience managing consultants for compliance/legal functions.
• Startup mindset: hands-on, detail-oriented, and versatile.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
